We are representing fans of ice hockey in Latvia. We would like to magnetize your attention to Ice hockey game - Latvia vs USA, witch happened yesarday. We are filled with indignation, about incorrect behaviour, of main ref Vladimir Shindler.

We ask the IIHF to watch the games on video again and to adopt a decision: 1) to warn ref Richard Schuetz (LAT-CAN game); 2) to ban Vladimir Shindler from refereeing IIHF WC games; 3) to cancel the score of the game USA-LAT due to mistakes of the ref, or 4) revise the score of the game

As it is already
certain, that in yesterdays game
LATVIA-USA, referee didn`t count TWO
golas that were scored fairly in bounds
of the IIHF and all known hockey rules.
More than that, REFEREE Vladimir
Schlinder refused to watch a video reply
of both episodes, even the team
management, team captain and players
asked him to do this. In my opinion THIS
IS UNFAIR and UNACCEPTABLE ACTION from
the side of referee. We all, LATVIANS,
seek for JUSTICE and thus are waiting
for the FOLLOWING action from the side
of IIHF:
1) watch the 3rd May game
LATVIA-USA and PAY ATTENTION to all
action of the referee VLADIMIR
SCHLINDER. In two episodes early in
second period referee permits TWO very
serious misatkes and didn`t count TWO
LATVIAN GOALS, which later leads to a
momentum loss for our team and can be
treated as reason why we lost the whole
game.
2) ban the referee VLADIMIR
SCHLINDER from WC
3) review the final
result of the game LATVIA-USA and
announce at least TIED game
3:3!!!

Spēle bija gaļimā. Tas bija diezgan stulbi mēģināt 9 sekundēs bez vārtsarga iesist šiem vārtus, jo ja jau mēs vienīgos oficiāli ieskaitītos vārtus spējām iedabūt tikai ar ilgu mīcīšanos vairākumā, tad kāda jēga bija ielaist vēl papildus golu, bet nu labi neesu jau nekāds sporta experts lai te gudri dirstu.

Pēdējās sekundēs noņemt vārtsargu var saukt par "visu, vai neko", tas nav stulbi. Ja izdotos iemest- būtu neizšķirts, ja neizdodas- vienu vai divu vārtu zaudējums neko dižu daudz nemaina, bet ir reizes, kad šāds risks atmaksājas. Tiesa gan, Latvijas izlase nav diez ko spēcīga vairākuma realizēšanā.
P.S. Es ar navaid sporta eksperts, bet tomēr nevaru atturēties mazliet gudri padirst. :)
